Consulting Contract

A consulting contract is a legal agreement that establishes the specific rights, obligations, and extent of services that govern the relationship between a Consultant and a Client. A consultant, in their capacity as a professional expert, acts in an advisory capacity to users and/or technical staff in all aspects of the computer industry-including hardware and circuitry design, information systems analysis, and software development.
